1Acceptance of terms

2Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, whichever is higher.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of this platform is restricted or prohibited.
• You are not subject to any sanctions list administered by the UN, EU, UK or US authorities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not for an undisclosed third party.

It is your responsibility to know the laws that apply to you. We do not provide legal advice on whether participation is permitted in your country.

3Nature of the service

World Pocket Pay is a decentralized, non-custodial platform. We do not hold, control or manage your funds at any point. All activations and distributions are executed by smart contracts on BNB Smart Chain.

WPP is a utility token within this ecosystem. It is not a security, a share, a deposit, or a claim on the assets or profits of any company. Holding WPP grants no ownership, voting right or entitlement to dividends.

4Your responsibilities

• Safeguarding your wallet, seed phrase and private keys. Loss of these means permanent loss of access, and we cannot restore them.
• Verifying every address, amount and network before confirming a transaction.
• Ensuring you hold sufficient BNB for gas and USDT for the activation you intend.
• Complying with all tax obligations arising from your activity.

5Prohibited use

You may not use the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or carry out any activity that is unlawful in your jurisdiction. You may not attempt to exploit, attack, reverse-engineer or disrupt the smart contracts or website, nor use automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.

6Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Pocket Pay Ltd. and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, tokens or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

This includes losses caused by network congestion, smart-contract vulnerabilities, third-party wallet failures, forks, market volatility, or your own error.

7Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
