How World Pocket Pay handles information. In short: we collect as little as possible, we never ask for your keys, and we do not sell your data.

1What we collect
Information you give us
If you send us a message through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers record basic technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring page. This is used for security and to understand which parts of the site are useful.
Public blockchain data
When you connect a wallet, we can see your public wallet address and your on-chain activity. This information is already public on BNB Smart Chain — anyone can view it with a block explorer. We do not link it to your identity.
2What we never collect
Seed phrases or private keys. We have no way to request them and will never ask.
Custody of your funds. The platform is non-custodial by design.
Card or bank details. No fiat payment details pass through this website.
Government ID, unless a specific regulatory requirement applies and is disclosed to you in advance.
3How we use information
To operate and maintain the website and platform.
To respond to your support enquiries.
To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
To meet legal obligations where they apply.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing.
4Cookies and local storage
We use a small amount of browser storage to remember your preferences — for example whether you muted the live-activity sound. These are stored on your own device and are not used to track you across other websites.
You can clear them at any time through your browser settings. Doing so simply resets those preferences.
5Third parties
Some parts of the experience rely on services we do not control, including your wallet provider, BNB Smart Chain RPC nodes, and block explorers such as BscScan. When you interact with them, their own privacy policies apply.
We recommend reading the privacy policy of any wallet you use before connecting it.
6Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to certain processing.
To make a request, email info@worldpocketpay. Please note that data written to a public blockchain cannot be altered or erased by us — that is a property of the network, not a choice on our part.
On-chain records are permanent and public. Anything recorded on BNB Smart Chain — including wallet addresses and transactions — cannot be deleted by World Pocket Pay or anyone else.
